Trinity has traditionally maintained a strong music program which got its start because of the interest and efforts of one of its early leaders, General John H. Oley, a remarkable man who also served as vestry and treasurer, taking the latter role so seriously that he frequently applied his own resources to the church budget.
Mark Smith, a new full-time organist and choir director with strong local ties to many local musical organizations and to the Association of Anglican Musicians, joined the staff in November 2000.
Trinity has a budgeted item called "Music at Trinity'' which provides free concerts for the community, featuring soloists and small musical groups.
