The Consortium of Endowed Episcopal Churches (CEEP) is a dynamic network of nearly 200 endowed parishes distinguished by innovative and effective initiatives and approaches to leadership education for lay and clergy in the Episcopal Church.
CEEP's mission is to bring leaders from endowed parishes together to foster the development and use of endowments for mission and ministry in our communities and in the world.
POWERFUL, CONNECTED, NIMBLE Founded in 1985, the Consortium developed a powerful, connected, nimble, and diverse parishes to network and provide its members with resources, connections. CEEP provides a network of peers who consult with one another on all aspects of best practices in complex, resourced parishes. CEEP provides continuing education and resource referrals for both clergy and lay leaders.
LEADING VOICES The Consortium inspires its member parishes to be leading voices in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and powerful catalysts for Christian witness and social justice in the Episcopal Church and the world.
Members hold monthly conference calls, hold discussions on specific interests, and connect through social media.
The biggest event of the Consortium's year is the annual convention, when hundreds of members converge to discuss, learn, teach, and network about the many aspects of managing the church.
