Welcome!
To worship at Trinity is to worship in spirit and truth knowing that so many opportunities exist for our members to worship God and serve Christ through worship services, music and Christian education programs, fellowship activities and outreach involvement. Our regular Eucharistic services are held on Sunday mornings at 8:00 & 10:30 am and on Thursdays mornings at 11:00 am at the Woodland's Retirement Community.
Trinity, the first Episcopal Church built in Cabell County, was established in 1872. We are located in the City of Huntington, West Virginia and are part of the Southwestern Deanery of the Diocese of West Virginia. The words of Bishop Wilburn Campbell in 1964 hold true today when he said that the people of Trinity understand the past as a springboard for the future and they pray its people will continue to go forward from strength to strength in His love and service.
Trinity ministers to the community as well as to its members. Besides holding regular and special services for the congregation, Trinity provides space for the Cridlin Food and Clothing pantry, CONTACT Rape Crisis Center, Alcoholics Anonymous, Boy Scouts, Overeaters Anonymous and hosts community events such as Music at Trinity and Christmas Eve dinner for guests from the City Mission.
The fellowship at Trinity is a blessing where new friends and old friends are valued.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God.
